Following the Paris Summit, Tinubu will make a special trip to London.

President Bola Tinubu will now travel to London, United Kingdom, for a brief private visit. He was originally expected to return to Abuja on Saturday from his trip to Paris, France.

This information was released in a statement on Saturday by Dele Alake, the president's special adviser for special duties, communications, and strategy.

Alake pointed out that Tinubu wrapped off his official journey to Paris, France, on Friday. During that time, he participated admirably in a meeting for "A New Global Financing Pact" that was sponsored by Emmanuel Macron, the president of France.

He added that in addition to attending the summit, where he successfully represented Nigeria, President Tinubu also held high-profile side meetings with other heads of state and government, prominent business figures, and the presidents of major international organizations that provide multilateral and development finance.

According to the presidency, "the summit gave the President the chance to project, on a global stage, his advocacy for widening the fiscal space, economic justice for Africa as the world quickens the pace of energy transition, and the urgency of addressing the pressing issues of poverty and climate change."

In time for the next Eid-el-Kabir festival, the President will return to the nation, Alake said.
